What to Expect

I’m so excited for our weekend together. This retreat is meant to be a gentle pause from everyday life. A space to rest, connect, reflect, laugh and simply be together.

❋ Expect a slow and spacious weekend with a mix of:
  • time to rest

  • pool hangs

  • meaningful conversations

  • in-person coaching & reflection

  • shared meals

  • free time

  • laughter, connection and room to breathe

Day One - Friday, August 28

Please make travel plans to arrive at our rental home 5pm CST or later. Friday evening will be chill and low pressure as everyone arrives at different times.

  • Arrival & Settle In

  • Casual Welcome Dinner at the House

  • Ease into the weekend with free time (pool, hot tub, movie night, etc).


  • Breakfast at the house

  • Morning reflection / coaching time

  • Pool & free time (rest at the home or go on an adventure)

  • Celebratory dinner out

Day Two - Saturday, August 29


Day Three - Sunday, August 30

If you need to travel home this day, totally acceptable. If you would like to stick around, the home is yours to enjoy!

  • Slow morning + brunch (maybe out if desired)

  • Pool/Free Time

  • Casual dinner out


Day Four - Monday, August 31

Check Out is at 11:00am. If you are around Monday morning, please help us tidy up and clean up.


  • House Rental: Friday Evening - Monday Afternoon

    • Everyone will have their own bed.

    • Access to Pool, Hot Tub, Outdoor Fireplace, Waterfront Views

  • Food: We’ll have the house stocked with breakfast items, snacks, and easy meal options. Some meals will be shared and included, and some free-time meals will be flexible/on your own depending on what you’d like.

    We’ll also be mindful of gluten-free and dairy-free needs. Please send your requests!

  • Meals at the House:

    • Breakfast - Saturday, Sunday (depending on brunch plans), and Monday

    • Lunches - Saturday, Sunday

    • Dinner - Friday evening arrival dinner

    • Snacks

    • Drink options

    • Coffee & Tea

  • Meals Out Included:

    • Saturday evening nice dinner

    • Sunday Brunch (potentially)

What is included: 

  • Travel to and from the retreat

  • Dinner Out Sunday evening

  • Any additional meals or treats during your free time

What is NOT included: 

  • Swimsuit

  • Pool Towel

  • comfy clothes for hanging around (it’s August so consider the weather)

  • One cute dinner outfit with shoes comfortable to walk in

  • Journal

  • Bible

  • A book to read if you want

  • Headphones if you want some music time

  • A game to play together if you want (and have room).

  • Toiletries

  • Any special snacks/drinks you love and want to share!

Cost of Retreat:

We want to celebrate all the good work and investment you’ve made over the last few years. So we are picking up part of the bill to help make this possible.

The requested participant contribution of the retreat:

$300

Full Payment is due by August 15th, 2026

  • You may pay at once, or pay in payments.

  • If you are unable to cover this amount, please let me know and we can work something out. We do not want cost to be a prohibitor.

  • If you would like to contribute more than $300 to help cover the cost of this retreat, thank you so much! You will have the option on the payment page to increase your payment amount.

On the payment page, you will see the option to change the amount. If you want to pay in payments, you can change the amount to your desired payment amount. If you want to contribute more, you can edit the amount.
